Joseph has about a decade of experience in the environmental industry in various technical roles. An Environmental Engineer by training, Joseph also has his master’s degree in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of environmental planning,
assessment, monitoring and research studies. Over the years he has managed and coordinated medium to large scale environmental monitoring projects for agencies encompassing air quality, water quality, weather conditions and urban thermal comfort/heat island effects. He specializes in planning, design, installation, commissioning and data collection from ambient environmental monitoring and meteorological stations, commonly with remote data transmission through 2G/3G or radio signal networks.
